- Within 48 hours from 1969
- At home by your letter carrier.
- With online tracking of your parcel on www.colissimo.fr

To return an item, we offer a clear and simple procedure.

If you're not satisfied with a product you've ordered, you can return it within 14 working days, subject to the following conditions:

- items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging
- lingerie, accessories and clothing must be unworn and in their original packaging
- DVDs and books must be in their protective plastic film and unopened.
